SSU faculty and web content creators or owners should complete accessibility training for a full understanding of how and why course and web content should be made accessible. The following training resources are available.
Workshops
UAH provides remote workshops via Zoom on a variety of topics and media types. Please click the workshop titles below to sign up for any available sessions.
Office Hours
UAH has virtual office hours every week. Please feel free to drop by during the hours listed below to ask any accessibility questions about your instructional materials, web content, or other digital documents. Office hours are held as a breakout room of the CTET Online Consultations and Workshops.
- Tuesdays: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Self-Paced Online Training
@One has developed free, self-paced, online training courses in the following subject. These will provide a beginner's foundation of skills in creating and remediating accessible content.
CTET Workshops
The SSU Center for Teaching & Educational Technology (CTET) provides onsite training in many subjects, including course content accessibility. Faculty is recommended to attend any of the following trainings for hands-on training and practice when available.
